Rates
To receive the convention room rate, all hotel reservations must be made through the Housing Bureau. Hotel rates are listed above and online.
Deposits
All reservations will require a credit card guarantee equal to the first night’s stay, inclusive of tax, as a deposit. A valid credit card and expiration date should be provided with your room request. The hotel may cancel room reservations without notification if one night’s deposit is not received prior to your scheduled arrival.
Online
All reservations made online will require a valid credit card number and expiration date through May 2018 to guarantee your reservation.
Changes/Cancellations
Changes and cancellations to existing reservations may be made online or by contacting the Housing Bureau prior to 30 April. Any changes or cancellations after 30 April must be sent directly to the hotel. Guaranteed room reservations not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival and not used will subsequently be billed by the hotel to your credit card account.
A Note about Calling to Confirm Reservations
Please refrain from calling the hotel to confirm your reservations until after 30 April. Please understand that processing your reservations through the Housing Bureau into the hotel system will not occur until that date. Be assured that if you have received a confirmation number from the Housing Bureau, the hotel will honor your booking. Thank you for your consideration.
Multiple Room Requests
You may reserve up to five rooms online with individual names. One credit card or individual credit cards may be used.
Suite Requests
Please contact the Housing Bureau at to request a suite. We suggest you also reserve a standard hotel room in the event suites are unavailable. You may cancel this reservation by contacting the Housing Bureau once you have received confirmation of your suite reservation.
