NPC CCUS Study

Special Session

The session will focus on both the technical and non-technical aspects of CCUS being commercially ready for deployment and will look closely at the main chapters of the NPS CCUS report. Technical touch points will focus on the core petroleum engineering discipline capability of CO₂ Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) and CO₂ Storage, as well as other CCUS supply chain components of capture and transport and the alternative of non-EOR utilization. Non-technical topics include policies, regulations, legal aspects, and stakeholder engagement.
