Conor O'Sullivan is a structural geologist and final-year PhD student at University College Dublin and the Irish Centre for Research in Applied Geoscience (iCRAG). Working as part of the Fault Analysis Group, he investigates the structural evolution of salt-influenced rift basins on the Irish Atlantic margin, with implications for hydrocarbon exploration, carbon storage and the development of offshore wind farms. Conor holds an MSc in Petroleum Geoscience and a BSc in Geology from Imperial College London.

Tim Shin is a petroleum geoscientist/interpreter with seven years of multi-basin experience across E&P, specializing in structural geology. Tim is recognized as a commercial and safety-minded technical innovator in conventional and unconventional plays. He combines efficiency, teamwork, and creativity to find value-adding solutions and engages key stakeholders with infectious enthusiasm and excellent communication skills to drive business decisions and discoveries.

Clara Abu is a geoscientist by profession and has over 12 years experience of exploration and production in the oil industry. She holds a B.Sc. in Geology from University of Ibadan, Nigeria and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Geoscience from Imperial College London. Her expertise is in 2D and 3D seismic interpretation, salt tectonics, sequence stratigraphy, prospectivity analysis, proposing new seismic acquisitions and reprocessing.

Clara's current specialty involves detailed studies of the development of pre-salt sequences and petroleum systems in the Kwanza basin, offshore Angola. She is highly involved in developing salt interpretation workflows for various depth imaging projects. Her other experiences involve exploration and development projects in various onshore and deepwater basins worldwide including Nigeria, GOM, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Gabon and Congo.

Clara is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geoscientists, European Association of Geoscientists & Engineers and Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists.
