Experient is the Official Housing Provider for the 2017 AAPG Annual Convention and Exhibition. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Experient is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of, and report any unauthorized solicitation to your organization or Experient.
Rates
To receive the convention room rate, all hotel reservations must be made through the Housing Bureau.
Deposits
All reservations will require a credit card guarantee equal to the first night’s stay, inclusive of tax, as a deposit. A valid credit card and expiration date should be provided with your room request. The hotel may cancel room reservations without notification if one night’s deposit is not received prior to your scheduled arrival.
Online
All reservations made online will require a valid credit card number and expiration date to guarantee your reservation.
Changes/Cancellations
Changes and cancellations to existing reservations may be made online or by contacting the Housing Bureau prior to 9 March 2017. Any changes or cancellations after 9 March must be sent directly to the hotel. Guaranteed room reservations not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival and not used will subsequently be billed by the hotel to your credit card account.
Multiple Room Requests
You may reserve up to five rooms online with individual names. One credit card or individual credit cards may be used.
Suite Requests
Please contact the Housing Bureau at [email protected] to request a suite. We suggest you also reserve a standard hotel room in the event suites are unavailable. You may cancel this reservation by contacting the Housing Bureau once you have received confirmation of your suite reservation.
